Shipping policy

Once orders are placed, pre-made items will be shipped within 3 business days.  Most will be shipped within 24 hours!  If there is an exception to this(vacation, illness, etc.) you will be contacted via email ASAP.

If you are ordering a personalized item, once the email has been received with your personal photos or quotes, please allow 4 business days for us to create your item.  You will be contacted if there are any delays.   Please reach out via email if you have specific delivery needs.
